RSS 'Diff' feature of nntp//rss

In case you haven't discovered this yet - nntp//rss, for feeds marked historical, keeps a copy of all items synched from the RSS feed. This includes updates by the editor to existing items.

If you've seen multiple entries for the same item within your newsreader, and wondered why this is so, it is because you're seeing multiple revisions of the same content. Typically the feed publisher has corrected some spelling or grammar, or has changed their mind about the original content.
